Out this evening with the outreach team of Harm Reduction Services of Sacramento. HRS provides HIV/ STD testing, needle exchange and counseling. This evening they provided basic hygiene and first aid type items to a large group of homeless folks near the trails that lead to camps in the industrial and river areas.
